Add your other locations

Short answer: Owners can go to Locations and use Add a location. Every location gets its own QR code, public review link, logo and alerts. Starter and Pro cover 1 location, Business 5 and Multi-location 20.

What should I set for each one?

Add that location's own link under WHERE TO SEND CUSTOMERS / Review & contact links and select Save changes. Upload its logo in Brand logo under IDENTITY / Location details, since the logo is set per location. Assign its manager so the right person gets alerts. Then open Customise your QR code to print its poster, table card, or sticker.

Why does each location need its own public review link?

So reviews land on the right profile.

What if I hit my plan's location limit?

Move up a plan from Billing. Your limits update when the plan changes.

How do I see all my locations together?

Your dashboard shows every location you have access to side by side, and the location filter lets you focus on one.
